cheers to a new year

happy new year! sorry i'm a little late! i have alot of new years resolutions this year. i don't think i'll be able to keep all of them but i'm trying. here are a few of them:

1. NO sugar in the month of january (but hopefully longer)
2. do an hour of yoga everyday and 20 minutes on an stationary bike (one of my favorite christmas presents)
3. eat healthier and more fruit and vegetables
4. be more fearless

let's hope I can keep these...
